The staff at The Parsons Buick Collision Center all come with years of experience, the technical training, and the know how. We recently hired a new body shop manager by the name of Bill Carter who has years of experience in the industry spending time in the body shop business and as an insurance adjuster. Because of this Bill knows exactly how the insurance adjuster works and can work with the adjusters in the most efficient manner.
As we mentioned before, we went green! Here at Parsons we choose to take two steps forward by switching to water born paint systems. This system is water based and contains fewer emissions and in turn is less harmful to the environment. Many auto body shops throughout the country are currently being mandated to change to these paint systems. Connecticut has not mandated this change yet, but here are Parsons we took the initiative to begin using exclusively waterborne paints. Our community is important to us and we felt it only necessary to do our part to protect it. We are fully trained, staffed, equipped, and experienced in the use of water born paints. We will not be scrambling to re- train our employees, re-tool our machines, or get familiar with the product once waterborne paints are mandated. We have flawlessly completed numerous projects using water born paints and we will be a step ahead once these mandates are put in place. Along with going green we have invested in new equipment and completely renovated our spray booth to ensure we have the most efficient auto body process to keep cost down.
