Comments: Just one more of the prompt, thorough and pleasant service experiences I have had over the years. This time I also saw how well integrated Parsons is when I received a call a few days later from Salesman John Bekish who sold me my present 2007 Rendezvous. He noted my service visit on the Parsons computer and, in that I didn't stop by for a visit, decided to give me a courtesy call to update me on goings-on with Buick. I'm not ready to replace my Rendevous right now but will be thinking about John Bekish when it comes time and that purchase will definitely be from Parsons Buick. ~Nick Comments: Friendly,courteous service. Parson's diagnoses my car & I trust what they tell me no matter if the estimate is large or small. This why I continue to use their service dept & will for as long as my vehicle is still running. This part of their service routine is very much appreciated. They also have your car ready when promised, or have a very good explanation if it isn't on time. Comments: My most recent visit (service) was as I expected, having had a positive purchase experience. The service was timely and efficient and the staff was courteous and knowledgeable. They consulted with me about the best options for "winterizing" my car during the service visit.
The service area is exceptionally clean as is the waiting area that offers doughnuts and popcorn for clients as they wait.
My earlier visit (sales) was very positive. As a female, researching and purchasing a car for the first time on my own, I was treated intelligently and fairly. Based on the research I had done before I arrived at Parsons, their "no hassle" pricing policy is fair and what I paid for my car was a substantially better price than other dealerships were offering for comparable vehicles. ~V.S
Comments: Leasing a new Buick Regal was so easy because this dealership and their people are customer focused. They listen to what you want and need, including monthly budget considerations. They have so many cars on their lot that you're bound to find what you're looking for. No pressure, just old time courtousy. No reason to shop anywhere else. Go see for yourself. I was in a bind when I was asked this past Sunday if I could drive my Granddaughter back to begin her Jr year at James Madison Univ in Virginia this past Wednesday morning. Her parents had a problem making the trip because of some work conflicts. Because I was near the due date for a 3500 mile svc, I called Phil Gustafson the first thing this Monday and asked if he could squeeze me in. Not only did he come through, but had me come in the same day. P.S. I was able to fit in all of her returning "junk" after removing the Stowable Third Seat and one of the Split Bench Second Row Seats. My Buick Rendezvous performed fabulously on the 14 hour round trip drive. ~N.M Comments: Service was performed very quickly under warranty and I was provided a loaner vehicle free of charge.
